Banana Bread with pecans, maple syrup and dates

This delicious recipe is my own version of the classic. I borowed the idea of caramelising the pecans in maple syrup from Nigella!
It’s other name was given to me by my dear friend Mary P – she called it ‘Rapidly dissapearing banana bread!’.
