White Bean Mash

This makes a delicious alternative to mashed potatoes. It goes well with any vegetable dishes especially ratatouille. It is also great for lunch with warmed pita bread and salad – a kind of warm hummus.
1 tin of white beans, drained. Cannelini, haricot or butterbeans will do perfectly.
