Breakfast rice pudding

This makes a delicious change from oat porridge, especially when you have some brown rice left over from the day before.
4 heaped tablespoons of cooked brown rice
6 dates chopped
6 walnuts chopped
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
rice, soya or cows milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
zest of an orange or lemon (optional)
