Butterbean and avocado pate

This is a delicious recipe, use it with salads, as a dip or as a starter with crudite (sticks of raw carrots, celery and cucumber and pita bread.
1 tin of organic butterbeans
2 small avocados or 1 large avocado
2 cloves garlic crushed
juice and zest of l lemon
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
