Yoghurt and cucumber dip

This goes really well with curry or chickpea fritters.
8 tablespoons of plain preferably organic yoghurt
1/2 cucumber chopped very fine
zest of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 small garlic clove crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste
