This salad dressing very versatile – its good on steamed vegetables, use it to add to mayonnaise for colesalw, stir into mashed avocado or dress beans or chickpeas, anything really! It contains omega 3, 6 and 9 which are all good for your metabolism, cell membranes, joints, skin, hair and brain function.
