Walnut and Apricot Bread

This is a sweeter version of the brown seed bread. It is delicious served with butter or honey – lightly toasted or as it is, and a slice of good cheddar cheese goes very well too.
8 oz spelt flour
2 oz quinoa flour
4 oz porridge oats
